Free meditation and sound bath

Supporting Nikki's Great North Run Fundraiser

Nikki is a dear friend of mine who is taking on the incredible challenge of running the Great North Run to raise money for the YMCA, a charity that is very close to her heart.

To thank Nikki for all of the support she has given me, I am offering a FREE Sound Bath & Meditation Session on Wednesday 10th, 6:00pm – 7:00pm.

There is no ticket fee for this event. Instead, I kindly ask for a donation of your choice, with 100% of donations being passed directly to Nikki in support of her fundraising efforts.

Join us for an hour of deep relaxation, gentle meditation, and restorative sound healing while helping to support a wonderful cause. Whether you're a regular attendee or completely new to sound baths, everyone is welcome.

Together we can relax, recharge, and make a difference.
