Fundamentals of Front Crawl 4 week Swimming Lessons - SALTDEAN LIDO

These lessons are a set of 4 sessions that will focus on providing you with a foundation to enhance your swimming technique and confidence and encourage you to swim in the sea!

This is a course of 4 x 30 minute sessions aimed at swimmers who already swim front crawl not matter how fast or slow, improve stroke efficiency and get fitter. Swimmers need to be able to swim 100m front crawl continuously in a pool. The focus will be improving your front crawl not learning it. Choosing the right course for you will ensure you get the most out of your lessons.

All of our sessions and lessons are led by qualified and insured Swim Teachers and Open Water coaches who have a wealth of experience and a passion for making swimming accessible to all.

The course includes;

Front crawl essentials; breathing, body position, propulsion
Stroke adjustment and relaxing your stroke
Practise exercises and stretches
Lots of laughter

All of our lessons and sessions are non-refundable and non- exchangeable. All requests will be politely declined. Please make sure you are available to attend at the time of booking and that you meet the swim ability course requirements.
