All aboard Statfold’s Magical Santa Express this Christmas for a festive day out for the whole family!
NEW for 2026, our dedicated SEND session of our Magical Santa Express on Saturday 28th November, created to provide a more comfortable and inclusive festive experience for children with SEND children and their families.
For this special session, we’ll make amendments to the lighting and sound levels throughout the experience, helping to create a calmer and more sensory-considerate environment. We’ll also take a more relaxed approach to the experience with fewer guests, allowing families to enjoy the magic of Christmas in a setting designed with their needs in mind.
Children can still experience the magic of Statfold's Magical Santa Express, meet Santa and his elves, and enjoy the festive atmosphere at Statfold Country Park – but with adjustments to help make the experience more accessible and enjoyable. Should your child not wish to visit Santa, we can still arrange for them to receive their gift.
Don’t forget to stop by the Toy Shop where children can choose a special gift from Santa… only if they’re on the nice list though!
There are rides and a play area which incur an additional cost to be paid on the day
Please note: the time slot you book is your arrival time. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to this to ensure you do not miss your train. Every Guest requires a valid admission ticket to gain access to the event.
The train will have lights and steam but please do wrap up as alot of the event is outdoors.
You will also be in a shared carriage on the train
Wheelchairs- please specify in mobility, pushchairs may need to be folded dependent on numbers on board
There unfortunately is a queuing system for Santa, we will endeavour to get this moving as quick as possible however time is spent with children to provide a great experience so this could be subject to waiting times
