Aerial Hoop Circus Arts

Ever wanted to run away and join the circus? Come and have a go at aerial hoop and basic acrobatics! You will learn how to safely get in the air, hang upside down and do some basic tricks before playing some creative games to make something of your own.

The session will start with a look around the space so you know where everything is, and a few warm up games.
