Escape the December rush for a few peaceful hours in beautiful surroundings, with time to slow down, stretch out, switch off and enjoy some proper time for yourself before Christmas.
Join me at the beautiful Aluna Wellbeing Club for a Gentle Stretch & Flow Yoga session, combining slow, flowing movements and soothing stretches to release tension and calm the mind.
Afterwards, we’ll head to the elegant lounge at Yarrow Restaurant for mince pies and warm mulled wine, before returning to Aluna for a deeply relaxing Sound Bath.
Nestled in a peaceful, leafy setting just outside West Malling, Aluna and Yarrow are surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, offering a gorgeous setting for a little festive indulgence.
Suitable for everyone, whether you’ve practised yoga before or not.
✨ Just 12 places available for this intimate pre-Christmas retreat afternoon.
