Rest is a learned skill (particularly for our minds) and a superpower for our health and well-being.
Restorative Yoga is a practice for everyone. Whether you have a strong practice or whether you are a beginner - finding time to slow down will help you find balance.
It's a super gentle, still and quiet practice that is super gentle on the body. You will not feel a deep stretch. What you will feel, when you are in the poses, is a sense of peace as the body is held by props. Time will fly and you are able to come back to yourself for a bit.
All equipment is provided. Please wear layers and bring socks.
Please arrive a couple of minutes before the class to get settled.
We are a shoe free studio and would greatly appreciate your cooperation with this and with helping keep the studio free of any mobile or smart watch notifications.

Full and final booking. However, if you are no longer able to attend and let us know at least 48 hours in advance we will try and sell the place on. If we are successful we will credit you minus a £5 admin fee.
