Join abstract artist Kayleigh Smith and myself for a collaboration of art & sound therapy to encourage relaxation & creativity.
Guests will arrive and receive guidance from Kayleigh to include themes, techniques, mediums, etc. Guests are invited to begin their work and then have the choice to continue painting or sit/lie down to enjoy the sound bath as they choose. Quiet time in the post sound bath vibrations will allow guests to finish up any work or reflect on the process.
All materials provided.
Please note: Manor Walk Wellness is not wheelchair accessible; the studio is located up a flight of stairs, no lift available.
Please arrive to the venue at least 10 minutes prior to event start to situate yourself, sign consent form, etc.
Cushions, mats, blankets available but bring what makes you most comfortable.
Water & tea available.
You are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, consider layers and that you may get paint on them.
While we want you to get creative, this won't be a splashy paint session (that's for another time!).
Manor Walk Wellness may be found in the alley/walkway across from the Co-Op, located beside Respectacle. The studio is located upstairs. You will need to ring the video machine for entrance.
