Field User Training (Cape Town)

Users: All new Skynamo users should attend this session to get a good foundational understanding of how to use the Skynamo app on a mobile device / tablet.

This interactive workshop offers you a brief introduction on all Skynamo access types (Field user, Admin and Manager).

You will work alongside our competent trainers to receive a full foundational understanding on the field application, whilst experiencing the real-time effect all your interactions have on the system. Field workshops are offered on the Android platform, but iOS training can be arranged on request.

This session aims to enable users to…
• Understand which device and app settings are required for Skynamo
to function optimally.
• Clock in and out of Skynamo (when, how)
• Manage database effectively (customer and products)
• Use tasks to assist in the planning of your day
• Implement Skynamo features correctly (Quotes, Orders, Comments,
Visits, etc)
