Sound baths are not recommended for anyone with epilepsy, metal implants including pacemaker, coronary shunt or artificial heart valve
It is recommended that pregnant women or anyone with hearing difficulties i.e. tinnitus should consult with their healthcare provider before participating in a sound bath or any new wellness activity.
Please arrive approx 10 minutes before the start time to settle into your space.
Mat, blanket, cushion, bolster and eye pillow are provided (however you are welcome to bring your own or any other props for comfort)
Wear comfortable, loose, baggy clothing and an extra layer in case needed
You can bring any other props you feel may enhance your personal experience
Otherwise just bring yourself and an open heart and mind
If unable to attend please give 48 hours notice to get refund
