Your little one's first experience of swimming! Swimming supports physical, social and emotional development. But newborns can easily be overstimulated so at Tiny Splash we offer a gentle first experience of swimming, without our music. In our friendly, knowledgeable and supportive lesson you'll learn how to enjoy swimming safely with your baby and allow them to develop through water play, before joining our Moosical lessons when they're over 3 months old.
Our pool is a toasty 33°!
The Swimming Teacher Association recommends swimming from birth if the water is over 32°. Swimming has tons of developmental benefits for baby as well as positive mental health benefits for you
Following your Tiny Splash course you will be able to secure your ongoing place by setting the monthly subscription of £47.50 per month. There is no minimum commitment. Subscription will be fully explained before the end of your course.
20/25 minutes is more than long enough for tiny babies. Regular lessons for older babies over about 12 weeks are 30 minutes, £15 each.
Babies will not be allowed in the water without a swim nappy AND happy nappy.
Mums must have medical sign-off before swimming but dads and other carers are welcome in the water with their little one. Spectators welcome.
