Calling all parents and adorable little ones! Join us for a rejuvenating Parent and Babies Pilates session.
We've got the mats covered, and feel free to bring along your baby's favourite toys to keep them happily entertained while you focus on some well-deserved self-care. It's a perfect blend of relaxation and bonding time. Sessions running at the Mariners Church Hall, Gloucester Docks (which is just across the docks next to Brew and Bake). Pay what you can, sessions usually £4, but a £2.50 donation ticket is also available. See you there! 🤱🧘♀️👶
