Are you new to sewing or looking to improve your skills? This dressmaking workshop is perfect for beginners or those wanting to refine their techniques, including learning to read and follow a pattern.
What you will learn/achieve:
You will be supported throughout the day as you make your garment, if you are a quick worker you will complete the project during the session, if you still have a little way to go you will be given instructions on the final steps.
Both patterns are suitable for a stable cotton fabric which we would be happy to supply - all workshop attendees get a 10% discount which applies to your fabric for a workshop.
What to bring:
(Fabric bundles are available to purchase as an add-on—let us know if you'd like one!)
You can use Pfaff / Janome Demo machines in Stitching KItchen's fully equipped studio
Please note that this workshop is held in our light and spacious first floor studio at Stitching Kitchen, which is accessible by stairs.
