Join me for a cosy and nurturing autumn retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and simply take some time to be.
Enjoy a grounding Hatha yoga flow, face yoga, breathwork, a nourishing vegetarian lunch, and a special circle of herbal tea, gentle reflection and candle meditation. We’ll then move into a restorative Yin practice before finishing with a guided meditation and relaxing sound bath.
A peaceful half-day to move, breathe, nourish, reflect and rest — leaving you feeling calm, cared for and gently recharged.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners. All mats and props provided.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the retreat begins so you have plenty of time to settle in.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move and relax in. You may wish to bring an extra layer or cosy socks for the more restful parts of the retreat.
All yoga mats and props are provided, so there is no need to bring your own unless you prefer to.
A nourishing vegetarian lunch and herbal teas will be provided. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please let me know when booking.
The retreat is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Everything will be offered gently, with options throughout so you can listen to your body and practise at a pace that feels right for you.
Please bring a bottle of water and anything else you may need to feel comfortable during the afternoon, such as a blanket or eye pillow if you have a favourite one you'd like to use.
Most importantly, come as you are. There is nothing you need to achieve — this is your time to slow down, breathe, nourish yourself and rest.
