🌾 What to Expect:
• Opening Women’s Circle to root into the energy of balance, release and transition
• Journaling prompts and reflective practices to align with the Equinox themes
• Optional outdoor swimming in the cool, cleansing waters nearby
• Deep rest with a Sound Bath, weaving tones and vibration into our bodies and hearts
• Shared seasonal food (please bring a nourishing dish to share)
• Gentle rituals for letting go and planting intentions for the darker half of the year
• Time in nature, silence, and sisterhood
