Have you ever left class wishing you had a little more time to explore? An hour can really fly by, and sometimes what your practice needs most is time and space to let things land.
Join Alice every last Sunday of the month for a 2-hour yoga class with spacious warm-ups, dynamic flow, breath work, meditation, free movement, and time to linger in postures, explore new shapes, and try different techniques. We’ll close with a slow cool-down and deep relaxation so the practice can fully settle into the body.
Open to all levels, this class meets the abilities in the room and is for anyone curious to learn, play, and grow in their practice.
When you first arrive at The Yoga House you will see big wooden gates labelled 'The Brook'. The pedestrian gate is unlocked so please just come in and follow the sign keeping to the right of the garage until you come to the studio door on your left.
