Slow Flow & Yoga Nidra - In memory of Liz

One of our wonderful yogis Liz Keat heartbreakingly passed away from Glioblastoma earlier this summer. Liz was the kindest, loveliest person with an incredible sense of humour. She attended our Thursday vinyasa every week with Lydia and our retreat in April with Freya and Lydia. Our studio and community isn’t the same without her and we are missing her joyful presence lots.

This is a Pay-As-You-Feel Yoga class in memory of Liz to raise money for The Brain Tumour charity. Please book your free space and bring cash to give generously to this charity that is close to Liz and her family’s hearts.
