Children's Yoga Course

Suitable for children aged 5-11 years. This course is designed to teach children yoga in a fun, engaging & non-competitive environment. They will learn sun salutations, animal yoga poses, relaxing breathing techniques, yoga games, partner yoga and the importance of being kind to themselves and others. We finish each class with meditation and mindfulness techniques to help your children feel calm at the end of the day.
