Ladies, join us for a magical evening at the beautiful Shutlanger Hall, nestled on the outskirts of Northampton.
We’ll gather in this charming historic space to enjoy a series of nourishing practices designed to relax the body, calm the mind, and open the heart.

✨ Surrender to a blissful sound bath, where the vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and drums create a soothing soundscape and energetic realignment.
We fell in love with Shutlanger Hall the moment we saw it – it’s truly special, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
You’re welcome to take part in as much or as little of the evening as feels right for you.

What to Bring & Know
Please bring your yoga mat along with cosy layers – think warm blankets, sleeping bags, or even a duvet – so you can snuggle in for deep rest during the sound bath. You’ll be lying still for around 30 minutes, so comfort is key.
Dress in comfortable, layered clothing: something you can move in for yoga and then wrap up in to stay warm and relaxed.
Feel free to bring pillows or cushions – anything that will help you feel completely supported.
If you’d like to hire a yoga mat, please let us know in advance (£2 charge).
