style and more complex flow based.
Suitable for people who feel
comfortable with flow around the
pole, Annie will teach you a routine
with non stop movement taking you
from one transition to the next. The
focus will be on making your flow look
and feel beautiful. Please wear
kneepads. Heels optional.
