Join Charlotte and Sarah for a beautiful workshop working with Cacao, we will be diving into our inner landscapes through art and embodiment.
During our time together we will sit with Cacao allowing us to open our hearts, feel what needs to be felt, and shed what needs to be released. We will move through embodiment exercises to come into our bodies before diving into an art workshop where we will explore our inner landscapes and express this through art.
Anything that you create is yours to keep <3
The workshop is open to all people of all levels, please don't worry about not having any experience with art or creativity you are in great hands to be guided through this journey of exploration.
