Lunch&Learn Open Science - HI-FRAME (research assessment)

This Lunch&Learn series offers members of the UZH a short monthly insight into various aspects of Open Science. The event begins with a half-hour input presentation and concludes with an open Q&A session.

On the 11th of May, Mihaela Falub and Karin Gilland Lutz (Office Gender Equality and Diversity UZH) will present on the topic of "HI-FRAME – Measure what really matters: a framework for Open Science professorial hiring". HI-FRAME is a project that promotes Open Science culture change and contributes to the implementation of the UZH Open Science Policy, as well as to UZH’s commitment to the San Francisco Declaration of Research Assessment (DORA) in the area of professorial hiring. From spring 2022, we will start to pilot a new hiring framework that includes Open Science practices in professorial hiring processes in several UZH faculties.
