This Yoga for Perimenopause & Menopause workshop is open to anyone interested in how Yoga can help and support them through this time of change and recalibration.
You will be...
♥ guided through a gentle, nourishing yoga sequence
♥ discover beneficial breath work
♥ enjoying a guided relaxation to provide deep rest
♥ fostering a sense of community, of being seen, and empowered within a small group setting
This is a 90-minute practice, suitable for any body.
No previous experience of Yoga is necessary. Beginners, the nervous, and the curious are very welcome!
You may wish to bring a warm top or blanket and a drink.
Bring your own yoga mat if you have one. I can provide a mat if you do not have one.
All other props are provided.
Class cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will not be refunded, as space is limited. Please get in touch if you cannot attend.
