Why not spend some time focusing on your well-being and come along for a FREE active meditation session, involving meditation and some light exercise?
Active meditation can help to flush out negative thoughts and emotions from our mind and support our well-being by:
1) Substantially reducing stress and anxiety.
2) Increasing cognitive behaviour and memory recall.
3) Increasing mental clarity and concentration.
4) Improving overall physical and emotional well-being.
Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing.
