A 75 minute sound bath to immerse your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation and shift energetic blockages, aid in better sleep, it may help release pain and tension and you may find you body in a state of healing
I plan to start promptly at 9:30am or 7pm so please arrive 10mins before start time so we can be set up ready to go!

There is a small car park, so follow the driveway (with the fields & horses on your left) and then the car park is on your left. (The owners have reinforced please do not go into their gravel drive to cut through).
What to bring:
Blankets, pillows, warm socks, bolsters for under your knees. You want to be as comfortable as possible to get the most out of the experience

Water
An open mind and willingness to fully experience the sound bath. Let go of any expectations and allow the sounds to wash over you
