Post-diagnostic course [Winsford]

The course will cover different topics each week including social communication and connection, exploring sensory issues and how these affect you, executive functioning, masking, autistic burnout and associated mental health difficulties, exploring the strengths of autism and helping to build a positive autistic identity.
