Menstrual Wellbeing in the Gardens with Lisa Higgins - All ages welcome

Details

An accessible introduction to improved menstrual wellbeing using the changing seasons of the gardens as a guide with menstruality educator Lisa Higgins from The Red Rebel Collective.

This session draws direct parallels between what's growing around us and what's happening in the body. Includes a group activity: creating a cycle mandala together on the ground.

This workshop is for anyone curious about the menstrual cycle and its connection to natural rhythms, adults, parents/carers, and complete beginners. Suitable for those who menstruate but also for people who don't menstruate but want to understand and support those who do.

No prior knowledge needed, just curiosity about your own rhythms. Ends with open Q&A.
