A gentle, nurturing space for little ones and their grown-ups to move, play, connect, and relax together 🤍
Little Stars is a parent/carer and child class inspired by the Relax Kids 7-step method using a Story book/Nursery rhyme. Each session includes songs, playful movement, simple yoga, story massage, mindful moments, and calming relaxation, all designed to support connection, emotional wellbeing, and confidence in a welcoming environment.

We finish each class with a gentle relaxation under soft lights and calming music, helping little bodies wind down.
✨ Please bring a small blanket and/or a favourite teddy for this part of the session.
