In Person Group Reiki Healing:
Reiki is a non-invasive, gentle, relaxation therapy. It is designed to help release blockages in the body by using an energy healing technique. It helps restore balance and harmony to the body, mind and soul.
The session is 45 mins and by the end of your session you are left feeling
Relaxed, Rebalanced and Rejuvenated.
The session will include the following:
-> A Breathing Exercise
-> Visualisation/Meditation
-> Reiki Healing Energy
-> Poetry/Inspirational literature
