Join us for a deeply nourishing 3-night retreat in the heart of Devon. An invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and embrace the healing power of nature.
Hridaya yoga is a meditative heart centred practice of inner awareness and self enquiry. A sound bath is a powerful way to promote deep relaxation and elevate your overall sense of wellbeing. Woven together these practices can support us to enter deep meditation, bringing a sense of equanimity to the entire being.
We welcome all levels and all bodies. There are some contraindications for sound healing, so this retreat is not suitable for people with sound induced epilepsy, women in their first trimester of pregnancy, or people experiencing severe mental health conditions.
Through daily yoga, meditation, nature immersion, and sound healing, we will cultivate stillness and presence, allowing space for deep restoration. You’ll be nourished with three organic vegan meals per day, made with love and locally sourced ingredients (GF option available).
Spend time in nature, give space for silence, and enjoy moments of deep connection through sharing circles and a singing sauna. Experience the magic of fire ceremony, shared meals, and the gentle support of community.
This retreat is a sacred space to come home to yourself - to pause, breathe, and realign with the heart’s true wisdom.

Friday - Arrivals day:
Arrivals from 5pm (Totnes train station collection at 5.30pm)
7pm - Supper
8pm - Gathering and briefing
9pm - Entering into silence
Saturday:
7am - Wake up bells
7.30 - 9am - Silent walk and meditation
9am - Breakfast and personal time
11am - Breaking of silence and sharing
11.30am - 1pm Morning session - Nature immersion
1pm - Lunch and personal time
3-5.30pm - Hridaya hatha yoga and meditation
6pm - Supper
8pm - Sound Bath
9pm - Enter into silence
Sunday:
7am - Wake up bells
7.30 - 9am - Hridaya hatha yoga and meditation
9am - Breakfast and personal time
11am - Breaking of silence and sharing
11.30am - 1pm Sound Bath and meditation
1pm - Lunch and personal time
3-6pm - Singing sauna and optional river dip/ personal time
6pm - Supper
8 - 9.30pm - Fire ceremony and sharing with cacao
9.30pm - Enter into silence
Monday:
7am - Wake up bells
7.30 - 8.30am - Hridaya yoga and meditation
8.30am - Breakfast
9.30 - 11am - Silent walk and Sound Bath in nature
11am - 12pm Breaking silence and closing circle
1pm Lunch
3.30pm Departures/ Drop off to Totnes train station

Yoga mat (if you don't have one please let us know so we can bring a spare)
There is a selection of cushions and blankets available at the retreat centre. Please bring anything else extra you need to feel comfortable.
