Live Cello & Yin Yoga

We are so excited to offer you this beautiful collaboration of Live Cello & Yin Yoga, what a beautiful offering this will be.
Yin Yoga to help you unwind and let go of any physical tension you may be carrying, whilst settling into the yin postures you will be bathed in the beautiful sounds of the live Cello.

This unique collaboration with Lancaster based cellist & composer Maja Bugge and Nicki Sorbie, Yoga teacher and founder of Yoga Dragon.
Maja is a Lancaster based Norwegian cellist who creates deeply moving and meditative pieces of music and is renowned for her creative talent and sensitivity as both a cellist and composer.

For this special event Maja will create a beautiful soundscape of live cello in which you are invited to lay back, relax and absorb the sounds and vibrations around you.

Nicki will invite you to use the props and blankets to guild you through some deeply restorative floor based poses.
Our aim is for you to feel completely relaxed as you move through the postures, enabling you to enjoy the uniqueness of this special event.
