Acceptance | Yoga, Hypnotherapy and Sound bath

A whole day dedicated to Acceptance! Time to really connect to yourself physically, mentally and emotionally. Meeting yourself where you are at! We spend so much time rushing from thing to thing, focusing on others and taking very little time to check in on yourself.

Today is the day! I will lead a yoga practice focused on opening our heart and connecting to ourselves. We will then move into a Mother circle, a safe space to really open up about how you are. We hold so much in and feel we need to show up in a certain way, today the mask comes off. A space, not for advice and certainly not for judgement, but somewhere you can say out loud those feelings, emotions and worries you have kept locked away. We've got you!

We will share lunch together followed but a short walk. A lovely opportunity to chat and connect.

When we return, Jas will lead a hypnotherapy session. She will be taking part in our Mother circle and the themes that come up will be worked into her session, a mix of education (why do we feel these things) and practical tips for how to manage overwhelm / anxiety (anything else that came up) in the moment.

We will end with a wonderful sound bath to reset our energy, leaving calm, connected and empowered!
