Join me for an 8 week block of gentle prenatal yoga. Lots of safe movement, modified to suit your stage of pregnancy. Breathwork and grounding techniques. Deep restorative rest part of every class to help you relax and soften any pregnancy tension. Suitable from 2nd trimester and no experience required.

Please bring along a good yoga mat, a blanket and pillow or cushion. A drink is nice to have also.
