Strengthen your Back and whole body with the Pilates Method. Every week you develop your skills, becoming more aware of your own posture habits while learning about good alignment and understanding the role of the Core Muscles in the Pilates Method. Some moves are low impact, others are dynamic. Class often begins in Standing, and then moves to mat-based eg All Fours, Side-Lying, Semi-Supine and Seated.
YogaRos is a highly qualified and experienced tutor and you will be guided throughout. Small Friendly Group Class. Beginners & Newcomers Welcome but PLEASE EMAIL ros@yogaros.co.uk BEFORE FIRST CLASS.
Please bring your Own Mat and small Handweights (eg 1kg) if you wish to use them during your class.
