Step beyond the familiar pace, rhythm and flow of the Primary series and into the heart of a transformative practice which was originally taught alongside the Ashtanga Yoga Primary series in Mysore, India.
This guided Second Series (Nadi Shodhana) class is an inclusive, supportive exploration, where every practitioner is invited to deepen, evolve and awaken
Together, we’ll move through the Second Series in the traditional count with mindful pacing, clear guidance, instructions and support. We’ll take time to pause and focus on key postures and transitions, breaking them down with targeted drills and techniques designed to build strength, mobility, confidence and longevity to your yoga practice. ‘Placeholder’ postures will also be given for those not quite ready to get their leg behind their head!
Whether you’re stepping into the Intermediate Series for the first time or refining your experience, this workshop honours the full spectrum of the Ashtanga Yoga vinyasa system and lineage, respecting how they all fit together.
The studio is fully equipped with everything you will need but do feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
