Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic, breath-led yoga practice where movement and breath are seamlessly connected. The class begins with a gentle warm-up, gradually building into a creative sequence of postures that is repeated throughout the session, allowing you to deepen your awareness and refine each movement.
Each class is thoughtfully designed around a unique theme, offering fresh inspiration every week while revisiting key postures that support strength, mobility, and overall balance.
Expect to build heat, enhance strength and flexibility, and cultivate a strong connection to your breath and body. The practice concludes with Savasana; a deeply restorative moment of rest and integration, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and re-energised.
Please arrive to 10 Southway 5-10min. before class. You can enter the studio using the side gate on the left of the house, walk through the grass patio and the studio is right in front of you at the back of the garden. There are no changing rooms, but there is a toilet where you can change. If you are driving, you can park outside the house, or on the main road Arthur's Avenue opposite the school, there are parking spaces made out of dotted lines on the road that you are welcome to park in.
You are welcome to bring your own mat, however we can provide you a mat if you prefer. We have all the yoga props needed for the class. You will be offered tea on your arrival to help you transition from your day into your class. It is an intimate yoga space holding space for maximum of 5 yoga students.

This location is a private house and the Yoga studio is located in the back garden. You access the Yoga space via gate to the garden on the left of the house. Yoga mats and props are provided but feel welcome to bring your own. If you are driving please park on the street, anywhere on Arthurs Avenue.
