A mostly Traditional Hatha Yoga class with Tibetan Sound Bath.
Classes incorporate breathing, meditation, postures, gentle movement sequences and relaxation. The practice culminates, with a sound bath of soothing sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, allowing you to surrender into a state of deep relaxation.
Classes are fun and varied with the basics from traditional Hatha yoga but with other influences thrown in.
You will feel relaxed and restored after a class, you will improve your well being, build strength, flexibility and calm your nervous system.
Yoga classes are suitable for mixed levels and you are welcome to do as much or as little as you want.
Please note that if you have a pacemaker or any other type of internal electronic device fitted the Tibetan Singing bowls unfortunately aren't suitable for you.
No need to bring anything as the Green Door has yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and eye pillows, that is unless you prefer your own.
Wear something comfortable that you can move in, you may also want an extra layer as you will cool down during the relaxation.
I will ask you to complete an online Health and Registration form which I will send to you once you have booked.
