75 minutes of deep relaxation at YMa Pontypridd 😊🙏
Friday - September 11th - 7pm to 8:15pm -
We will start with a guided relaxation from the Gitananda Yoga tradition. We will then go into a full sound bath with Paiste symphonic gongs, Chau gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, handpan and other instruments. There will be organic chocolates to finish (please fill in dietary requirements when booking).
All abilities are welcome. Come rest, relax and let of go stress. Please bring a yoga mat, a cushion and a blanket, anything you need to be comfortable.
This session is in the moondance studio downstairs.
*Please note that gong baths are not suggested for pregnant women, those with pacemakers, those with sound sensitive epilepsy and those currently experiencing severe mental health issues such as PTSD. Please feel free to message if you would like to discuss 🙂
You will need a mat, a pillow, a blanket and a bottle of water. Please arrive 10 / 15 minutes before the start time to settle in before we start :)

Gravity Chair
There is only 1 gravity chair per session - for those who are not comfortable lying on a Yoga mat for any reason. If popular I will look into ordering another.
