🟠 Deep relaxation at Insole Court Mansion, Cardiff 😊🙏
🟠 Thursday - October 17th - 6:30pm - 8:30pm.
🟠 We will start with some gentle Hatha Yoga and a relaxation from the Gitananda Yoga tradition. We will then go into a 1 hour sound bath with Paiste symphonic gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls. To finish there will be organic Green & Blacks chocolates.
🟠 All abilities are welcome, come and let go of stress. Please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, pillow and a blanket.
🟠 If you have any dietary requirements (vegan, gluten free etc), please fill in the questions on the booking form. Spaces are limited, if you have any questions, please feel free to message.
*Please note that sound baths are not suggested for pregnant women, those with pacemakers, those with epilepsy and those currently experiencing severe mental health issues such as PTSD. Please send a message if you would like to discuss 🙂
*Candles are LED for safety
Please bring a Yoga mat, a bottle of water, a blanket and a pillow for a comfortable long relaxation.
