This exciting retreat will be hosted by me, Gandha Savio, with the support of Iren Merdinyan, whose calming presence and expertise in Yin Yoga and Ceremonial Cacao have been a highlight of many of my London Day Retreats since 2022. Over the five days at Garth Barns, I will guide all Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra and Gentle Yoga sessions and Iren will offer Yin Yoga and lead a deeply enriching Cacao journey, bringing her unique touch to this immersive experience. Together, we aim to create a retreat that nurtures your body, mind, and soul.
We are very lucky to be joined by a talented private Chef who will be cooking nourishing and delicious vegetarian meals for us daily.
To make this retreat truly special, I am curating additional experiences to inspire and delight you. Think sound baths to soothe your senses, guided nature walks to connect with the stunning surroundings, wild swimming or canoeing in the nearby lake, afternoon tea and nutrition bites with nutritionist Julie Willford, a Yoga Nidra night time session for optimal sleep and relaxation... and the option to book yourself in for a massage with a local massage therapists.
