Summer Serenity yoga and soundbath day retreat for women, Inglewood Manor

Join Katy and Kate for a day of gentle, nurturing yoga including a crystal singing bowl soundbath and yoga nidra (deep relaxation). This day is suitable for everyone, as long as you are able to get down to the floor and back up again, using a chair for support if necessary.

The day will include gently flowing, floor based, yoga practices to enhance strength and flexibility; Pranayama (breathing techniques) to support our energy levels; restorative yoga to relax the body, mind and spirit; yoga nidra for deep relaxation and a crystal singing bowl soundbath. Soundbaths are associated with bringing full body relaxation at a cellular level, as the vibrations of the singing bowls resonate through the body.

Katy and Kate have over thirty years of teaching experience between them ! The main aim is to provide a day away from responsibilities of daily life, giving you the opportunity to rest, reflect, and recharge your batteries.

Inglewood Manor is a beautiful hotel with stunning grounds at the south of the Wirral peninsula. Easily accessible from the M53 and A540, its only 20 minutes away from Chester, and 30 minutes from Liverpool.

Itinerary (may be subject to slight alterations)

1000 - 1020 arrivals and welcome drinks

1020 - 1130 - yoga

1130 - 1200 - morning break with coffee/tea/pastries

1200 - 1300 - yoga

1300 - 1400 lunch - all the food will be vegetarian, with plenty of vegan choices too (and gluten /dairy free options too)

1400 - 1530 - restorative yoga, yoga nidra and soundbath

1530 - 1600 - afternoon tea with cakes
