Join Lis for an introduction to dōTERRA Oils. I will share with you the "Top 10" oils, how I have used them, their benefits, properties and how essential oils can be integrated into your daily lives to support physical and emotional well'-being.

If you attend classes with me you will have already experienced these oils, this informal session is an opportunity to be a little more curious, understand other ways you can use them and understand more about why I am passionate about using them.

You will have the opportunity to smell, taste and apply the oils topically.
