Yoga nidra and sound
The session will include simple standing yoga warm ups to ease body and mind. Then yoga nidra guided deep relaxation and sound bath - lying down or seated - whatever is most comfortable.
Yoga nidra takes the mind and nervous system into a state of deep rest. This restorative practice is great for relieving stress, anxiety and catching up on some zzzz's through active yogic sleep!
