Family yoga...
A class for adults and children together (all ages welcome, but no unaccompanied children please!)
We'll move, we'll laugh and have fun with yoga inspired by the nature around us at the farm.
Please reserve your place in advance so you can be contacted with access details and in case of any change to arrangements due to weather etc!
We'll be barefoot on the grass, or come wearing soft comfy shoes. Please bring a blanket and cushion for the relaxation and a water bottle / flask. There's a compost loo onsite (or the bushes!!!)
