Our Saturday session is aimed at all abilities from the complete beginner to a competent paddler. Our session will take place on the River Lea and there may be options for land based activities such as games onsite, all-terrain cycling and environmental learning to name a few.
These sessions will be delivered by professional Paddle UK qualified Coaches and Leaders who have many years of experience of working with young people in an outdoor setting.
The sessions are informal and follow our ethos of Safe, Enjoyable, Learning in an outdoor environment.

Level: ALL
All young people must come prepared to take part in the activities. You will need a complete change of clothes that is suitable for the weather on the day, including footwear that will stay on your feet (i.e. no flipflops or sliders). If it is particularly cold and wet then you may want to bring 2 sets of clothes so you can change at lunchtime.
If you are staying for both sessions, please remember to bring lunch and a drink.
You will need to bring a towel and dry set of warm clothes to change into after their session as well.
ALL SESSIONS WILL START PROMPTLY. ANY LATE ARRIVALS MAY NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE SESSION AND YOUR SESSION FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE.

Youth Trainee
This ticket is for youth trainees who hold the PIA to assist on sessions. You must be enrolled as a Leaside volunteer and have permission from Leaside staff to book these tickets.
