At the end of another busy week is your body, mind and soul ready to take a deep breath, stretch, & relax.
We invite to join us on the Friday evening to recieve, be held and gently stretch into the weekend.
Together, we'll move through a yoga practice to help us release any stress or tension from the week, breathe deep, and meditate to calm our nervous system and soften with a soothing sound journey.

Belle will guide you to move through a gentle yet rejuvenating yoga practise. Suitable for all ages and abilities, from beginners to seasoned yogis. She will take you on a journey to fully reset your mind, body, and soul through Hatha and Vinyasa practises. Incorporating movement, meditation, and breathwork before settling you into your mat for shivasna as we begin our sound journey.
A Sound journey is a gentle but beautiful way to unwind at the end of the day. Laura will play various instruments creating sound with the intention and purpose of guiding the body into rest and restoration, vibrations and frequencies will support you in releasing any stress and tension as you are carried into a deep meditative and relaxed state.

Please try to arrive 5 - 10min before start to settle onto your mat.
Parking is free for events in the hall, there is a tablet inside the hall that you can put your number plate into.
Bring water, yoga mat, blanket, & cushion and whatever else you may need to be comfortable for your session.
