A Soundbath is a beautiful way to unwind at the end of the day. Various sounds are created using different instruments with the intention and purpose of helping the body to release stress and tension. The sound carries you into a deep meditative state and relaxation. Bringing balance and peace to the body, mind, and soul.
There is no movement involved. participants are guided to get comfortable either seated or lying down.
Some health conditions are contraindications for sound baths. These are pregnancy 1st and 3rd trimester, epilepsy, pacemakers, and metal implants. If you have any health concerns, please contact Laura on 07485095715.
Wear loose clothing, bring yoga mats, cushions, blankets, and whatever else you feel you need to get comfortable and enjoy a relaxing hour in sound.
