Every Friday we've been soaking up the bold, expressive fire of Leo season to prepare for the weekends, but as August draws to a close, the energy transitions into a more grounded, analytical Virgo earth. It’s a gentle pivot from outward play and big passions to daily routines, organization, and refining the details that nourish our lives.
We have decided to shift with this energy offering a more grounded and nourishing practice on Sunday evenings to close August. Offering a more restful and rebalancing Yoga & Sound session—the ultimate calm before the week ahead.
What to expect:
Gentle Yoga (Hatha/Vinyasa): Guided by Belle (@the_saltyyogi), featuring accessible breathwork, movement, and meditation for all abilities.
Immersive Sound Bath: Led by Laura, you’ll be immersed in healing frequencies and vibrations designed to reset your nervous system into deep relaxation.
The Ultimate Reset: End with a grounding integration so you leave feeling truly refreshed and ready for the week.

Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before to set up your space.
Wear loose clothing you can move freely in, bring yoga mats and blocks jf you have them, cushions and blankets for the soundbath, and whatever else you feel you need to be comfortable.
Some health conditions are contraindications for sound baths. These are pregnancy 1st and 3rd trimester, epilepsy, pacemakers, and metal implants. If you have any health concerns, please contact Laura on 07485095715

The marker on the map will take you to Llanbedrog akate park on Cae Hendy, the village hall is just at the start of the estate, on the main road.
If you are coming up the main road from the direction of the Glyn y weddw, the village hall will be on your left, turn on to the Cae Hendy estate for parking.
If you are coming down from Mynytho it will be on your right just after Dolwar. You can turn onto the Cae hendy estate for parking.
