Winter Solstice Soundbath

The winter solstice is a moment to pause, a time of reflection and renewal, and the celebration of new beginnings as the days begin to lengthen again after the longest night.

It is seen as a time to honour the cycles of nature, rest, and find inner light, connecting with themes of hope and rebirth as we await the sun's anticipated return.

A opportunity to slow down, getting cosy, and do much of nothing but rest and relax.

On Sunday, 21st of December, I'll be holding space for just that. For an hour, you can come and be still, be held, and be guided into deep relaxation with the soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls. Himilayan bowls and chimes.

We'll do a brief meditation and some deep breathing to settle you into your mat, and the sounds, vibrations & frequencies will guide you the rest of the way.

Wear comfortable clothing & bring your yoga mats, blankets & cushions. You are welcome to bring a deck chair if you prefer to be seated. Eye masks & hot water bottles are also welcome.

There is no movement involved in this session, so it is suitable for all.

Some health conditions are contraindications for sound baths. These are pregnancy 1st and 3rd trimester, epilepsy, pacemakers, and metal implants. If you have any health concerns, please contact me.
