November Sunday Soundbath

At this time of year, Sunday has that feeling of slowing down, getting cosy, and doing much of nothing. Its thick socks, woolly jumpers, and cosy blankets.

A gentle and welcomed laziness. contented ease, and the embrace of restfulness.

On Sunday, 2nd November, I'll be holding space for just that. For an hour, you can come and be still, be held, and be guided into deep relaxation with the soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls. Himilayan bowls and chimes.

We'll do a brief meditation and some deep breathing to settle you into your mat, and the sounds, vibrations & frequencies will guide you the rest of the way.

A sound bath is a form of meditation that guides listeners into a deep state of relaxation, sounds created with the intention and purpose for healing can help the body release stress and tension, improve sleep, boost your mood, and elevate feelings of spiritual well-being. Helping you to rest and restore balance bringing you a deep sense of peace in mind, body and spirit.

(There is no movement involved, so this is suitable for all ages)

Both men and women welcome.
