All retreat attendees will receive a guide to balancing your hormones naturally & 10% off hormone testing (DUTCH test).

Please come wearing comfortable clothing suitable for yoga.
You will also need sturdy outdoor shoes/boots and weather appropriate clothing for the guided forest bathing walk.
Yoga mats and blankets are provided but you are welcome to bring your own if you wish.

There is a designated car park for the Oak House Studios on the left or you are welcome to park in the main car park of Hatfield House.
